Service completed on heat pump hot water system on 15th Oct 2025. Only shock was the service cost $715 to replace the anode and the tempering valve on the heat pump. As pensioners this cost was so much more than we had anticipated. The service man was efficient and obliging. The invoice however did not itemise the costs just what was done.

Okay, no hot water = panic. Call the first mob to get this sorted. Bit soft but what the heck. First responders had an eye watering cost for the solution. In comes Enviromate to the rescue. Honest advice over the phone with a reassuring quick solution and no rip-off. Ditch the first insane quote and grabbed Enviromate with both hands. I can still see Gavin walking down the path like a knight on a white horse and being at our place at 0630 the next day with the team, all wonderfully professional ensuring hot water was flowing by midday. Great folks, literally half the cost of the first quote for a known quality brand. Thanks Gavin and the team. Couldn't be happier. Roaring hot shower = happiness.
