He made a stressful long weekend of moving so much better by walking us through the rental process, giving us lots tips on driving such a massive truck, and making last minute adjustments to our rental agreement after a misunderstanding during our initial booking… and he did it all with a big smile. Doesn’t deserve one star. 1st time we rented a small truck from this place it stunk. This time we reserved a lift gate truck. I arrived 8am and the guy who processes the truck rentals wasn’t in on time. Then they tell me there’s no truck available when there was one sitting in the lot. They said have a nice day. I certainly will elsewhere.
