I had a very disappointing experience working with mortgage broker Pam Pettie at Enrich. From the start, she was inefficient and unclear about the mortgage process. This was a shared home purchase, yet she only communicated by phone with my co-applicant and not with both of us. She repeatedly asked me for documents I had already sent her multiple times. When she secured a mortgage for us, it contained numerous errors. The most concerning was the inclusion of a mortgage insurance premium, despite us putting down more than 20% (meaning insurance should not have been required). Even after we asked her to remove it, she kept sending the same incorrect document without revisions. Another major issue was the mortgage amount itself — we requested changes several times, but they were never made. Overall, I found her to be inefficient, unprofessional, and at times rude. The actual rate offered by Enrich was competitive, and we would have been happy to proceed, but the poor service and repeated mistakes made the process stressful and frustrating. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend working with this broker.

Amy from Enrich was recommended to me, but my experience was disappointing. The process of switching my mortgage was poorly communicated throughout. Amy appeared unsure of the steps involved and provided little clarity about what was required from me. My mortgage was scheduled to start on August 1, 2025, but I was only informed two days before month-end that it had been delayed by another month. This lack of transparency and preparation was frustrating and unprofessional. Would not recommend.
