Cole was the only person from several A/C installation companies that was able to fully answer all my questions and actually come up with solutions that met my needs. Most other contractors/companies I would talk to would tell me "no, we can't do it that way" or give me vague details, along with telling me the wait could be anywhere between 3-6 months and I had to jump through all sorts of hoops to even get an appointment booked for someone to have a look and explain to me what needed to be done. With Cole, it was very straightforward - he came out, answered all my questions, was very responsive via e-mail too for all my follow-up questions, and really helped me understand how our mini-split install could be done so that I had enough information for my strata to approve. Pat and the installation crew were also fantastic, very respectful, professional. Start to finish, Enersolv was able to get our mini-split ordered and installed within a month from me confirming my order, which was very fast given that other companies were saying it wouldn't be possible due to supply chain issues. I can only think of 3 downsides: 1) I wish they had a drywaller on hand to conduct drywall repairs. There was one mis-drill during the electrical install, but drywall repair is not covered 2) I wish they had support internally to directly walk you through the heat pump rebates and do the process for you. 3) Can be a bit pricier, but you pay for quality (high end Mitsubishi components, professionals) Overall, I was very impressed with how they conduct their business, and I would recommend them to anyone who is willing to pay for quality, speed and availability. Edit: It's been a year and a half since we had our system installed, and the ongoing support from Enersolv has been fantastic. They're responsive to inquiries, quickly helped with a clogged drain line, and I would totally continue to recommend them to family and friends.

Enersolv, management and staff, deserve a 6 Star rating in my view. Resolving a heat pump problem, spare part search, responding super quickly to an "emergency" call, follow up and subsequently resolving all issues was not the only 6 Star process. The efficiency, professionalism, patience in explaining in detail what was needed and how it was resolved, all in very friendly, polite way turned a potentially "pre-Christmas" winter nightmare with no heat into a pleasant experience. In later evening hours, the technicians would not leave until they were completely satisfied that, everything was working properly. To my surprise, the next morning, another visit by one of the nice guys to double check everything was good, the kind of quality assurance, one can't reasonably expect. In my view a great, customer and quality oriented company and a pleasure to have when heating, plumbing etc. service is needed.

Just had a LOVELY interaction with one of your drivers. Be wary if you see any Enersolv vehicles on the road they will attempt to push you off the road! Must be a very busy company to be doing 90 on a 60 on airport road in abbotsford! Must've been in a terrible rush to cut me off from merging.
