Had my juke repaired there, the repair that was done was good , the repair that wasn’t completed was bad. So the guy, and there seemed only one guy that was in charge of my repair was a person I would describe as one that doesn’t like finishing a job properly. Everything was done except 2 chrome bumper modifications that were obviously to much hassle to source or even take off the old bumper to add to new bumper. On top of that he was lying about things that were wrong in my engine compartment ( like a lot of components were being held together with cable ties in my engine compartment. This was total fabrication confirmed by my mechanic who had done previous work in the exact same area. This guy just couldn’t be bothered to complete the whole job as needed. I cannot speak for the whole workforce but the guy responsible for my car, should in my opinion be sacked.
