I purchased a vehicle from this dealership based on it being advertised as safetied and fully operational. Given the strong reviews, I chose this dealer and also traded in my own vehicle. Unfortunately, problems began the very same day. While swapping license plates, the check engine light illuminated and a sliding door stopped functioning. The dealer cleared the codes and stated they had āforgotten to reset a fault,ā advising me to continue driving the vehicle. The check engine light returned almost immediately. Once home, I scanned the vehicle myself and found fault codes for a misfire, EVAP leak, and a coolant thermostat issue. This raises serious concerns about how the vehicle could have passed a safety inspection. In addition, advertised features were not working, the navigation system was inoperative and the heated driverās seat did not function. These issues were present on the day of purchase and were not disclosed, despite the vehicle being sold as safetied. The following day, after rainfall, a significant sunroof leak occurred, soaking the headliner and causing water to drip into the vehicle. A few days later, a coolant leak developed beneath the radiator drain plug. Because I live over an hour away, the dealer instructed me to use a local mechanic. That mechanic identified several additional issues and questioned whether the safety inspection had been properly completed. The dealer initially agreed to reimburse me for the repairs, then later reversed their position and attempted to have me sign a legal waiver, claiming their shop would have been cheaper, despite the fact that I had already paid the repair bill. He could have dealt with me much more easily and reimbursed me without bringing in legal documents, especially while the vehicle was still under warranty. I refused to sign, as it appeared to be an attempt to have me accept the vehicle as-is and waive future claims. I am now out of pocket and working with OMVIC, but feel it is important to warn others. Mo is personable and comes across as nice, but when push comes to shove, he wonāt stand by his word, and the mechanic who performed the safety inspection is questionable at best. Buyer BEWARE!

Fantastic experience. Mo didn't sell me. He was confident of his offering, handed me the keys & left me to it. He said it would sell itself. It did. He knew I had 1000 kms to do the day after purchase, cert., warranty & numerous free coffees were done. He wanted a follow up call to report the experience. Additionally, I like his straightforward approach, socially. I'm not friendly to people that I get a bad vibe from. This guy's solid. I'd vouch for him.
Great service! I purchased my audi A4 couple of weeks back from this dealership and i must say the experience was fantastic. The guy named MO over there is very friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive towards the need of my vehicle. He explained everything in detail, and completed the deal promptly. I highly recommend caspian motors for their exceptional service and professionalism.Even after the deal the aftercare for the car in terms of garranty/warrenty they provide is pretty commendable. I'll definitely be returning for all my future car deals.
