Empowered Wellness Studio is truly an amazing place! The instructors provide excellent guidance in every class, making it welcoming for all levels. There’s a wide variety of classes offered across three beautiful classrooms, and the schedule has so much diversity that it’s easy to find something that fits my needs and availability. Beyond the great instruction, what really sets this studio apart is the sense of community—it’s warm, supportive, and uplifting. I always leave feeling stronger, centered, and connected. Highly recommend to anyone looking for more than just a workout—this is a space for real growth and wellness.

The teachers are great. Classes are thought through and well planned. Classes can be toned up or down depending on how you feel each day. I love the inspiration/mantra encouragement at the start of each class; this helps me be fully present before we start to move; it’s always so grounding. And the cherry on top? Tif’s DJ abilities… every time I come to the studio I want to just listen to the music she has on 😉

Instructors are phenomenal. So supportive & kind. You can feel that the studio is filled with good energy. I love that I can feel safe to learn, grow and move in such a peaceful and empowering space. Never tried hot yoga before coming to this studio. Now I’m a really big fan. I love how every instructor puts their own touch in their classes. Some end class by handing out essential oil towels, stones to place on your third eye or even gentle pressure on your temples if you are interested. Hot yoga here is a workout and meditation. My mind and heart get attention, the same with my muscles. Definitely worth it here.

I’m not sure how many YEARS I have been a proud member of Empower Yoga and I am curious to know! I am 48 years young and have been practicing yoga on and off for about 20+ years. Empower Yoga has helped me to live a better life and be a better version of myself. It’s helped me through many challenges in life and added to my positive and exciting life changes! The last couple years especially have been challenging for ALL and Empower Yoga has SHOWED UP with heart and soul! I am so thankful for those who show up especially now. I am better mentally and physically because of Empower Yoga. The instructors are unique and each class is different. The owner and instructors always treat me and fellow classmates with kindness…I feel like I fit and what better feeling is there? Always a clean and pristine studio…especially over the last couple years I have felt VERY safe continuing practice at Empower Yoga. It is VERY obvious they do all they can to make sure our experience (especially now) is safe. Not only do I thank Empower Yoga for showing up but so does my husband…I think the best review has come from him. He encourages me to go and always says it is so obvious how good I FEEL after an Empower Class. I have pictures from inside the studio that I have shared on social media over the years including one of my favorites with the owner 2 days before my wedding…wedding prep necessity!!!
