I met with John H for consultation and was impressed with his drive. I paid the retainer fee after meeting with John H and was under the impression he would be the one conducting and handling this case. I later learned my case was passed to Craig Williams that's when the neglect started. Then passed to Paul Logan. Craig left this office, honestly he checked out before physically leaving. .Craig would only answer emails after I CC' d John H after several attempts waiting on a response. My case was passed to Paul Logan one month prior to aa scheduled meditation. Craig Williams was the previous attorney that was handling this case for the past year. Paul Logan, was absent minded, sitting in the meditation doodling on paper and was not aggressive in defending or seeming uninterested in my interest at hand. I personally suggest anyone who is seeking an attorney to represent them in any employment matters to seek counsel elsewhere and don't waste your money or time. STAY AWAY FROM THIS FIRM! Two weeks before the scheduled mediation Paul Logan called with no information very uninformative. I had submitted every aspect of evidence of this matter and some. I was coerced in the mediation to agree with things I TOTALLY DISAGREED. I had some personal matters going on and asked to rescind the agreement due to my mental capacity and misrepresentation. I was coerced to proceed asis. STAY AWAY they DO NOT HAVE THE CLIENT INTEREST AT HEART. It's all about them.
