Toben Food by Design did the most incredible job last night at my son’s engagement party. From the menu planning, choosing the best hors d’oeuvres, and a variety of mains off their food truck, every items was delicious. We were able to plan this menu around my son’s favourite foods and of course his fiancé! Britt was the brains behind keeping our file on track, and making sure that even the All Beef BBQ Salami Sliders were as close to our family tradition as possible! The Mac N Cheese, Grilled Cheese Sammy’s, Smoked Brisket sliders and the Mini Turkey Club sandwiches as well as the Mini Chicken and Braised Beef Tacos were among the crowds favourites! Toben’s team did an amazing job presenting the food in a fabulous casual “chalet-like” way, which we were trying to emulate- as the guests of honour- live in Whistler BC. Food was served off of stunning wood boards and the staff from Tyler Foshay Bates were personable and so friendly and informed while sharing the yummy items! Whitney (star chef!) , Joel (also a fav!), Fabian, Vivek, Sidhu, Alex, Alicia and Charlotte were on the toben team, in my kitchen and on the food truck. I have been in the events industry for over 30 years and I LOVE working with this dream team. The proof of their success was in the lack of left-overs in my fridge following the event! My guests enjoyed every morsel! I will placing an order for the Smoked Brisket, Mac and Cheese, and Tacos for my next family dinner!!! Toben and Ilana, you should be so proud of this incredible team of dedicated, and talented people. Thank you for making this party the event of my year! KJ

Had the pleasure of working closely with Brit on curating the menu for my engagement party and she helped us pick a great assortment. Our guest haven't stopped talking about how great the food was. Shes extremely talented at what she does and she made the entire process incredibly easy to navigate.
