Im extremely satisfied with the new management staff. Ms . Katie Madrid is an outstanding person. She is very supportive, profesional and extremely polite and understanding. She goes above and beyond to help and understand the customers needs and situations. I would definately recommend empire management for future rentals specially if katie is on board. do not rent from these people if you can help it !!! there is zero communication … they will flat out ignore all your calls, texts, emails. they have locked me out of my apartment on multiple occasions, add random charges to the rent, and the maintenance workers break things and make a mess and don’t clean it (then lie about it). save yourself the headache and AVOID THESE PEOPLE.
