Buying our very first home is one of the biggest milestones of our lives, and thanks to Empire, the entire journey was nothing short of excellent. If there was a 10-star rating, we would happily give it, because the team gave more than 100% of their effort, dedication, and care from start to finish, and even beyond closing day. What sets Empire apart is not only their professionalism during the process, but the fact that they continue to be available for support whenever we reach out, even after moving in. We would love to personally recognize the wonderful people who made this possible: •Ms. Jacqueline Caragao – Our dedicated customer representative who went above and beyond at every step. She responded quickly to our emails and calls, always making sure we had the right information at the right time. Her customer service is truly top-notch. Even when our questions were outside of her role, she would go the extra mile to connect us with the right person. Her support gave us peace of mind and made the process smooth and worry-free. •Ashley – She assisted us during our pre-delivery inspection with such professionalism and care. Ashley’s keen eye for detail gave us confidence that nothing was overlooked. Her dedication made the PDI process so much easier for us. •Jason – The very first person who greeted us when we came to see our home. Jason was warm, friendly, and accommodating, making us feel truly welcome. We enjoyed our conversation with him while he was diligently working inside the house. •Lynn – With her leadership and oversight, Lynn made sure everything was well taken care of. Knowing that she was there to oversee the project gave us assurance that our home was in good hands. Her commitment and presence made a big difference. •Manny – The one who handed us our keys after closing. Manny didn’t just hand them over; he personally assisted us to the house, provided valuable information and instructions, and patiently made sure we understood everything. His warm approach made our key handover a truly special moment. From pre-sales to after-sales, the entire Empire team never left our side. Their dedication, professionalism, and genuine care turned what could have been a stressful process into an exciting and unforgettable experience. We are deeply grateful for everything they have done, and we couldn’t be happier to have chosen Empire to build our first home.

Anna-Marie has given us unbelievable support during the whole process from the purchase to closing. Excellent communication and shows her caring and consideration for clients. Lots of things are out of everyone’s control nowadays. But she will try her best on her end to help. She is the big asset for Empire for sure. Builder should give her A raise
