Empire Fitness is an awesome gym! I love that it's open 24 hours, making it super convenient for any schedule. The place is really clean and has a ton of equipment, so you never have to fight for a machine. It's also a private space, which is great for anyone into content creation. The bathrooms are spotless, and they have amazing private rooms for personal training. Plus, the sauna is a huge bonus! Overall, it's a fantastic gym that I highly recommend.

If you’re looking for a chill, lowkey gym—this is the spot! The owners are super welcoming, and they’ve got everything you need. I especially love that they have all the lower body equipment I need!

Awesome gym that opened in Lafayette. The gym has equipment that is hard to find anywhere else and has an amazing recovery room with a cold plunge and sauna. The owners also happen to be very nice people. It is also 24 hour. This gym is what Lafayette needed!

A wonderful gym…very clean, such good equipment, never crowded. They have a sauna and cold plunge, posing room, tripods to record your sets. This is one of the best gyms I’ve ever been to. So glad I came across this place while working out of town!!!
