I’ve had an amazing experience with Empire Dental for my daughter! From the moment I made the initial call, I was impressed with their helpfulness and the wealth of information they provided. The entire staff is incredibly kind and welcoming, making the whole experience comfortable for both me and my kids. The waiting room is fantastic with fun activities for the kids, like coloring, which keeps them entertained while we wait. The treatment rooms are equipped with TVs on the ceiling, which is a great distraction and makes the visits more enjoyable for the little ones. They also do a wonderful job explaining everything in a way that’s easy for kids to understand, which really helps reduce any anxiety they may have. The clinic also has great parking and clean, convenient washrooms on-site. Overall, we’re extremely happy with our choice and will definitely continue bringing all of our kids here. I have had some bad experiences with dentists so I was anxious about coming here, even after being told how great Dr. Ray is. I have to say that I finally feel as though I have found a great dentist. My boyfriend is also extremely happy with the work that Dr. Ray has done. The receptionist Geraldine is also great. They truly want the best for you. Could not recommend enough.
