Excellent experience! Hub Motor Replacement w/full service I called with a few shops in the area looking for a hub motor repair, no one would touch it. One referred me to Jake @ e-mobilize. I called and talked to (I believe) Rusty voiced my concerns on if the mechanic would be able to do the repair being a deposit is required. I was ensured of the capabilities of the technician and just to make me feel better, the owner (Jake). Come to a bit before the appointment Jake calls for details and verify some information. When he arrives, he is beyond courteous and professional with a friendly smile. When I asked questions for my own knowledge, he shared some of his and I can verify he is an expert in his field and great with explaining. He even did a complete once over on my bike, cleaned and oiled it. The man was extremely quick when I left him to work and I will say he stays extremely organized and neat. Would highly recommend!! 5 stars!

I called e-Mobilize bike Svc to diagnose an E08 and the service was spectacular. Matt showed on time, he was knowledgeable, professional and patient on explaining. After diagnosis he released wires and the E08 disappeared. Because it was a short diagnostic, the manager provided a $50 refund to my surprise. Highly recommend e-Mobilize bike service. 👍

Matt did a wonderful job on my bike. It was incredibly easy to schedule and appointment and he showed up right on time. He was able to fix my brakes, and my bike rides great now. I will definitely use these guys again.
