My son loved the time spent with her while I was away from home. My son is not used to spend any time with nannies. Clarissa made his day and he felt very comfortable with her. I could not fault the newborn care I have received from the team at EHN. Since I had twins, I was quite strict with my criteria of wanting people that had had prior twin experience, and also that were either qualified midwives or nurses. This gave me peace of mind knowing they had full medical experience I could rely on and also learn from. The other agencies I spoke to couldn’t even offer that, whereas EHN had several qualified maternity nurses whom I could interview with to find the right fit for my family. The nurses have gone above and beyond, twins are hard work and they are always so patient, caring, happy to offer advice. I really could not fault them in anyway.
