I would not recommend this institution for the Catch program. Some of their assessors won’t correct your assignment for months and there are no apologies. They are very inconsiderate. They have hidden charges that are not discussed upfront. I have a lot to say about my very bad experience with them, but to add, some of the staff are unprofessional and soulless.

Ms Zena took the time to answer all my questions and provided clear, detailed information about the Cache level 3 I was interested in. I felt confident and informed throughout the process. Highly recommend for anyone looking for quality service and knowledgeable staff!
