Terrible experience. I called looking for a quote on a leaking kitchen sink, however they could not provide a quote without viewing the situation, which is fair. Plumber showed up and completed the work without explanation and without quote/price, despite my multiple asks of what the issue is. He completed the work with no explanation and handed me a bill, 33% higher than what I was expecting based on previous experience. Would not provide answers and proceeded to complete the work without discussion - borderline extortion. Will not use again. Would appreciate an explanation from management.

They promised they would call me back in 2 mins, which they did, Richard showed up on time and did some great work for a reasonable price. I would highly recommend Ronce Plumbers!
