Felicia was incredibly organized and thought of *everything*, including things we likely wouldn't have thought about (storage, handoff, etc.) until it was too late. Felicia's excellent organizational skills saved our wedding. There were a few hangups that could have been serious, but we knew nothing about them until the day was over because Felicia was there to handle everything. I learned very quickly the value of having a coordinator involved in your ceremony the first time Felicia and I talked. I didn't have to do anything on my wedding day except remember to breathe and enjoy the company of all my loved ones. Felicia made our day stress-free and incredibly special. Once my daughter decided when to have a wedding we didn’t have a lot of lead time to prepare. Only a few months to prepare and over the holiday season, but Felicia of Emerald Lotus Events made my task of getting the wedding done in time and on budget much easier. She found out what the bride and groom wanted, what our budget limits were, and found the vendors that fit our needs. She even adjusted easily when my daughter moved the wedding date back a few weeks and we lost the first venue. Communication was clear and frequent. She worked with the vendors on how to set up at the venue and guided us on what was needed the day of the wedding. On the wedding day, she set up a timeline and kept us on target. She was present throughout the wedding day and helped with set up, managing the caterer, and the cake cutting. The day went smoothly from start to finish. My nieces said it was the best wedding they’ve been to! She was outstanding and allowed us to create a wonderful wedding experience for our daughter and our new son-in-law. Thank you, Felicia! Felicia Dale at Emerald Lotus Events was INCREDIBLE! My wedding wouldn't of been possible without her help and coordination. Honestly at first I didn't think I needed it until I sat down with her and she explained to me all her services I knew I had to have her! She took all the stress away from me since day one! She allowed me to enjoy being a bride and take all of my wedding day in with my husband. Don't second guess yourself with getting a wedding planner, trust me, you want one.
