Amazing company! What really stood out to me was the extra time they took to verify the correct logos and confirm all the color choices before moving forward. That level of attention to detail shows they genuinely care about getting it right the first time. They didn’t just take the file and run with it — they asked questions, double-checked branding, and made sure the thread colors matched perfectly. Over promised and under delivered. DO NOT recommend if you have a one-off item to be embroidered. Took a $200 racing suit to be embroidered on a Monday. They said it could be done by Friday and in the style I asked for, matching the go-kart. Had to call multiple times to find out it would not be ready as they were experiencing machine issues. I understand things happen. Was done on Monday. I can see where they undid the stitching from the issue they were having and the numbers are no where near the style I asked for. Instead of asking if I was okay with the change they just did it and when I picked it up acted like it was a favor to me that they found a file that would work. Definitely will not be going back here.

Attempted to have a military cap sewn and was met with more excuses of what they couldn’t do, than what they could. This was after bragging they had a million dollars worth of equipment in their business. During the conversation, he kept making issue of the cost, which wasn’t a concern for me. Went in a different direction and love the outcome. Maybe change your name to Embroidery Basement instead of World!
