I had an amazing experience with this embroidery company. The quality of their work is outstanding and the stitching came out clean, sharp, and exactly how I envisioned it. The turnaround time was fast and their customer service was excellent from start to finish. They kept me updated, paid attention to every detail, and made the whole process smooth. I’ll definitely be returning for future orders and highly recommend them to anyone looking for high-quality embroidery.

Mike - the owner of this place, and the one who answers the phone (looks like every call is forwarded to his personal cell phone). I am not sure what this guy's deal is, but I asked him for to embroider a simple label for an apparel line, which he gladly accepted. Strung me along for a month, saying different things like I need the font size, I need dimensions, all of which were provided to him. He kep lying and saying it will be ready tomorrow, or the sample is ready I am just not at the office yet, and then all of sudden he stopped answering the phone. Either he is a pathological liar, and gets a kick out of wasting people's time, or is imply bad at what this business says it does. In any event, this is one extremely unhappy customer, and would urge anyone to avoid this man named Mike doing business as Embroidery One
