Highly do not recommend. I drove 1 and a half hours for the owner to be ignorant of his own mistakes. In the picture shown, the name is clearly slanted and he said it was VERY VERY straight. He pulled out his ruler and said it was equal on both sides from the top to the letters, but he was maneuvering the backpack to make it seem like it was the same length. He did not want to refund the service done and kept arguing saying how straight it was, when it was in fact not. From the eye, it’s very clear that it’s slanted. He should have taken responsibility but decided to have a fight instead. Very disappointed and will not return.

I've spent close to $6,000 working with John and Embroid N Go. He has always been on time to complete my order and in high quality. On a few occasions we've had to sit down and work together in order to communicate my vision and his capabilities, but he is very honest about what the final product will look like and his prices. Any mistakes he has made he has compensated and worked to make it right. Would highly recommend

I was stoked to find a shirt embroidery near me right when I needed them. We had a rush job and needed shirts before the flight. This Carrollton embroidery store saved the day. They had shirts and set up our logo so we could Embroid N Go to the airport. Thanks for an excellent embroidery experience.
