I went there today for a color and full highlight. With tip I paid over $330. When I got into the car I looked at my hair, my ears were covered with dye and not just a little. My forehead had dye on it. When I got home a look at the back of my neck and 1 inch from my hairline is covered with hair dye coloring. Shouldn't it be the responsibility of your hairdresser to clean this up before you leave the shop. I know that it is not going to be 100%, but come on clean some of it off!!! I will never come back to your salon for service again.

I have been going to Stephanie for over a year. She is one of the ONLY people I trust to touch my hair. I am quite picky with my hair, especially because I tend to gravitate towards red colors, and no matter what image I have in my head before I get there, I always leave with something far above my expectations. Stephanie is kind, compassionate, thoughtful, and trustworthy. I went in for a color correction over a year ago, and if it wasn't for Stephanie I'm not sure what I would have done. She saved my hair and my confidence.

I've had my hair cut there about 3 different times with different stylist. I've never been happy. The last time I told the stylist it was too long on one side she really didn't want to discuss it kept claiming it was the same she preceded the trim the opposite side. Now I'm home and it definitely is longer on that side I was concerned about. I never had any stylist not even want to discuss my concerns. The convenience is great but I give up. Looking elsewhere.
