I booked a bike fitting at Back Works with Eoghan. The booking process was really smooth and the front desk had me in for the next week. On the day of, Eoghan was really welcoming and we went over the physical where he checked out my body symmetry and used that information to consider how he would fit my bike to me. There was a bit of a mix up with the indoor trainer so we couldn't complete it that day but he scheduled me in again for two days later and he brought in his own trainer from home to make sure we could get it done. He was really technical and went through the bike from bottom to top, adjusting pedals/seat/handle bars incrementally to get my bike perfect for me and eliminate the pain I had been having. I cannot recommend this service enough and am in the market for another bike, at which time I will be returning to Eoghan to fit me up! 10/10 service across the board!
