I don't think I've ever had a lawyer be that rude. I called to discuss a title change and how to do it properly and Patricia was very rude saying she didn't even want to hear about anything. I hadn't said anything yet. A law firm who avoids listening to a situation to provide guidance can't be a very good law firm. In business it's just not good form to shut down people. And I'm somewhat glad since I worry about working with a law firm that only wants to deal with the simplest transactions.
