Customer experiences

I had the pleasure of spending the day notarizing Estate Planning/ Trust documents for multiple clients of Angela at Giampolo Law Group. From the moment I arrived to the last interaction before the close of the day, it was a smooth experience. Angela has created a process that is seamless for her clients at the signing table. That process obviously includes ample time with clients going over the details of what to expect at the table. From the way Angela described each document’s function to the laughter along the way, she put each client at ease. Both Philana and Jackie supported Angela and me as the notary with unflappability as they kept each signing moving with witnessing, note taking, scanning & printing the documents culminating in beautifully put-together document packages for each client. I won’t spoil the surprise gifts to each client at the end of each appointment. Having worked alongside many attorneys, I can tell you that you’ll be in great hands with Angela Giampolo, whether LGBTQ+ or not. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Can I give more than five stars? My husband and I loved working with Angela and her remarkable team. They took what could have been an overwhelming process and made it easy, accessible, and efficient. Angela is exceptionally knowledgeable and brings a calm, reassuring presence to estate planning. She patiently walks you through every decision. Although she practices in Pennsylvania and we live in New York City, geography was never an issue. One of the first things Angela said was, “I’ll send you home with no homework,” and I was sold. In just two or three calls, all decisions were made, and within weeks our documents were signed and delivered. Beyond her legal expertise, Angela’s values truly stand out. She is the founder of The Caravan of Hope, a nonprofit initiative that provides free estate-planning documents to LGBTQ+ individuals, seniors, and others who might not otherwise have access. That same compassion and integrity show up in every client interaction. In today’s wacky world, it was deeply reassuring to work with an LGBTQ+ attorney we could fully trust. Highly, highly recommended.

We would highly recommend Angela Giampolo as a knowledgeable, skillful, competent lawyer especially as it relates to Estate Planning. She is assertive but not aggressive in her approach. Angela's dedication to her profession is inspiring. Angela has a masterly command over the community she serves. Any anxious thoughts associated with creating end of life documents were totally removed. Angela helped us think through the tender life stages, in a calm and practical manner. Ultimately our 9 essential documents were crafted reflecting our unique family dynamics, personal goals, values and wishes for our family.

Working with Angela Giampolo was truly a gift. Estate planning felt intimidating and heavy before we started, but Angela and her team met us with so much warmth, clarity, and care that the process became something empowering instead of overwhelming. Thy took the time to really listen, explained everything with patience, and made sure we felt confident and protected every step of the way. As LGBTQ+ clients, feeling safe and fully seen mattered more than we can put into words. Angela and her team created a space where we didn’t have to explain ourselves or worry about being misunderstood—we were simply supported. Knowing our family is legally protected because of her work brings an incredible sense of peace. If you’ve been avoiding estate planning out of fear or stress, Angela is the person who will change that for you.
