My experience with North Bridge was both positive and successful! When I inquired about North Bridge they were very quick to respond and provided me with helpful information on how to proceed. I first met with Allison who was so great with going over my resume and asking what I was looking for so they can find a suitable fit. Shortly after, I was contacted by another recruiter, Jill, to set up an interview for a possible three month assignment. North Bridge provided me very useful tips to prepare for the interview. Thanks to North Bridge that temp assignment has now become full time in an environment I've always dreamed of working at! During my assignment my recruiter Jill and North Bridge staff remained helpful and communicative when I had any questions, concerns, etc. They are a great agency to work with and I would absolutely recommend them.

WOW! I feel so lucky to have been assigned to my company by North Bridge. Here’s how it all went down: I applied via LinkedIn and was contacted via phone. The North Bridge representative explained in great detail what her role was and why she was contacting me. I immediately felt comfortable with the company and scheduled a preliminary interview at the North Bridge location. The interview went unbelievably well, my recruiter was an amazing communicator and all my nerves flew out the door as soon as we started talking. Apparently, I had the skill set that matched what the hiring company was looking for and they decided on having me in for an official interview. I found a company that was hiring for an opportunity. I was assigned to their account. As most of us all know, sometimes things don't work out properly. The recruiter herself was excellent and I really like her. Her name is Jackie Fox. I also may be taking another assignment from them. When you sign on, there is a clause that if your assignment doesn't work out and you don't give them two weeks notice, they pay you minimum wage. Now the problem with this is is I live on a border of a state. I've spent the last two days trying to figure out what they're supposed to be paying me and how much. None the less, whatever they pay me this is going to be a waste of everyone's time at a loss. It's unfortunate. Everything else was really good.
