I can understand if the bus is running late. What I don't seem to understand is buses passing by the stop sometimes five minutes early? These buses are not in some race. They offer service. The drivers should understand that and behave with some empathy towards the passengers waiting in the snow, cold and rain. However, there are some nice and kind drivers too..

I was traveling today, from Coulthard Blvd to Cambridge center in the bus 65 at 2:09 pm from there and the driver of the bus was so rude that, when my one card didn't work, I showed him the one card portal for my active status and then he let me get travel, but when I was asking him this things he didn't even speak a word and was just driving even when I was standing with him to talk. He was rude as I asked him twice that can you allow me and he didn't even speak a word, when it comes to payment, why would I paid when I already had paid it through my college, and my one card is not broken or nothing but still it was not working so it's a college problem, why would I pay for it again.

I take these buses for work. The fact I've missed them several times... due to them going by EARLY is utterly ridiculous. Late is okay. It sucks, but traffic is unpredictable. The speed at which you drive... is very predictable. It's not like they're doing their job better by being faster. They're missing potential customers due to obscene speed, slowdown, and stop at a stop for a few extra minutes if you need. Don't miss people trying to get to, and from work. It's a fast way to lose customers, as I have started walking more, despite my heart issues. Consistent public transport is very important. I don't leave reviews. This issue is too much to ignore. Edit: I wasn't even thinking about this at the time. I work at a hospital, patients need these buses, we have thousands of staff, a good amount rely on these bus schedules... only to be let down so often. I've seen many people miss a bus only to start walking, clearly not in the condition to do so, or call a cab. Which is significantly more expensive.
