I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience with this lymphatic massage place was deeply disappointing. After completing my first 10 post-op lymphatic massages at a much better clinic, I decided to try this one because it was recommended by a friend. Unfortunately, it never came close to the level of care or quality I was used to. The massages themselves were mediocre and didn’t deliver the results I had experienced elsewhere. What truly pushed me to write this review, though, was the customer service. On the day I missed an appointment, my son had a medical emergency—something completely out of my control. Despite explaining the situation, they refused to offer me a credit or any form of understanding. I had purchased a package of five sessions and had never been late or missed a single appointment before, but they still wouldn’t take that into account. The way the situation was handled made it clear to me that they care far more about making money than taking care of their customers. For a place that claims to support people during sensitive recovery periods, the lack of compassion was disappointing to say the least. I truly wish my experience had matched the recommendation I received, but sadly, it didn’t. I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for quality care or respectful customer service. Updated: The information that was redacted in our records included my son’s personal details, such as his date of birth and medical record number. During a medical emergency that required hours of treatment, the last thing on my mind was a massage appointment for myself. Your response to my review made it clear that, rather than showing understanding during an already distressing situation, the focus was placed on criticizing a customer. This has only reinforced my feeling that compassion and respect were not prioritized in how this situation was handled.

Rebecca provided me with a dry brush and lymphatic body massage. Her skills are too notch. I just got off the table snd can already feel the impact to my body and well being. Definitely recommend and will rebook.
