I've had a great experience with Elite Management, especially thanks to Mona H. at Astoria West. She's been an exceptional manager — always professional, friendly, and really on top of everything. One of the things that stands out most is how she organizes such great events for the building. They really bring the community together and make living here feel special. You can tell she genuinely cares about the residents and the overall atmosphere. Big thanks to Mona and the team!

Tldr: Astoria West is an amazing place to live, Mona Harandi is exactly who we want and need for Astoria West to remain NYC’s best building, and we love our doormen. Full Story: My wife and I, upon moving into the place, realized that we live in a beautiful building at a staple location; its glamour had just built and is growing. We jokingly call it the “cruise ship” because its location is beginning its gentrification but the building has every Amenity a New Yorker can ask for and have reasonable rent. With these amenities, though, we had a few managers who came and went; but soon we received someone that shows great pride in the Amenities and how well we can all use them. Enter Mona Harandi to the stage: she quickly showed she wants Astoria West to be the best apartment in NYC. Arguably the best at understanding her job being to help us residents live better; she prioritizes safety and well-being (gym AC, for example), regularly interacts with her tenants, effectively determines what we want and need to live comfortably, schedules community events with unprecedentedly high turnout, and does all of this without even looking tired. The building was good before her, and with her it is top-tier. Additionally, the doormen always help me feel refreshed after a busy day of work/errands. Chuckie, for instance, is incredible with customer-service skills and listening, Oscar’s happiness-wishes are so genuine, Melissa’s vibe is always warm and welcome. I’m confident I’m not the only resident who feels this way. Thank you for providing us with everything, Elite Amenity!
