I asked Ben to come to investigate a suspicious smell behind my dishwasher that had appeared right before Christmas. He came the next working day and within an hour had removed a dead rat, identified how it had probably got in and where all the sewerage probably went in my house and blocked the hole. He got traps down and installed a valve for the drain to stop any rats getting up the sewer. We are now rat free and Christmas was saved, all for a very reasonable price. I would recommend him to anybody without hesitation.
