I was referred to Elevate through my sister-in-law, who has been in the business for over 20 years, for chronic back pain. I was in tears on my first visit because of my pain scale being at a 9. Blake was my PT angel as his bedside manner was extremely comforting. Additionally, his knowledge in what my issue was and being able to explain it so I completely understood was important when I desired to be pain-free. I worked with Blake for approximately 6 months with major improvements on my back, and my pain scale decreased to 0. He was not only concentrated on my back, but other issues he addressed while treating me was impressive and much appreciated.
