My Fiancé and I were visiting from Portland and visiting your store was on the top of our to do list for our trip. We purchased Ruffwear life jackets from REI and they have been such amazing quality for our very active dogs I wanted to see what else you guys had to offer. I brought one of my pups in with me and we were immediately welcomed by Tina with smiles, product suggestions, and treats. While looking around I decided it was time to upgrade all three dogs collars and leashes and picked out my favorite patterns. Tina helped us with measurements and suggestions on types of leashes and even went to the back to see if she had our size in a pattern we liked. Unfortunately you didn’t have the size but we found something else that we loved just as much. When checking out I shared with Tina that I had just gotten engaged about an hour prior and we celebrated together. She also gave us a discount for not having the size we were looking for and a T shirt as a congratulations. All of this to say we are beyond happy with the quality of the products and more importantly how kindly we were treated. TINA WE LOVE YOU!

Ruffwear Factory Store in Northwest Crossing is Bends Best Kept Dog Secret. If you have a dog in Bend and haven’t visited the Ruffwear factory store in the Embark building on Lolo Drive in Northwest Crossing, you’re missing out. This place is a MUST VISIT for any dog owner in Central Oregon. The selection is incredible, dog toys, leashes, harnesses, beds, jackets, and pretty much every piece of quality gear your adventure dog could need. Since it’s the factory store, you’ll often find great deals on premium Ruffwear products that would cost significantly more anywhere else. The staff is knowledgeable and genuinely helpful, not pushy, which I appreciate. What makes this spot special is that you’re buying directly from the source, Ruffwear is a Bend company, and supporting their factory store means supporting local. Plus, the Embark building location in Northwest Crossing makes it super convenient to stop by, and there’s plenty of parking. Whether you’re gearing up for hiking, camping, river days, or just daily walks around NW Crossing, Ruffwear has you covered. My dog is significantly better equipped than I am at this point, and I’m okay with that. Highly recommend for any Bend dog owner or visitor looking for quality gear!

Excellent customer service. The associate at Ruffwear was very knowledgeable about their products and he was really nice to my new puppy. I’m stoked that Ruffwear is a Central Oregon company. I’ll be looking to them for anything else my puppy needs. Highly recommend.

We had a great experience at Ruffwear! We were on a roadtrip from Cali and stopped by to see the store and return some things. The store is small and super clean. Spike, my Belgian, immediately started testing out the toys and hanging out on the cot. We met Patrick and Sydney who recommended a couple of things and chatted with us. They are awesome people and are so nice and helpful. Sydney was amazing and helped outfit a harness onto my little tripod, Levi. We ended up buying multiple toys, a harness, and a cot. Everything seems very well made and my pups love them. Thank you!
