My experience with FSH has been highly unsatisfactory. They visited our home to take measurements at the end of March and committed to completing the work within two months. However, it has now been four months, and they have not even finished the furniture for a single room. A significant portion of our order is still pending. Their approach has been extremely unprofessional. Whenever they require a payment, they will arrive and work for a day, but once the payment is made, they disappear for weeks without any updates and often do not respond to calls or messages. While their sales representatives are polite and make impressive commitments to secure the order, the actual service delivery is entirely different. After taking the payment, they continue to delay the work indefinitely. They have taken our money, and every time we follow up regarding the pending work, they provide false assurances. Overall, their lack of professionalism, transparency, and accountability has caused us considerable stress and inconvenience. I would not recommend their services based on my experience.

FSH Furniture – SCAM company. Stay away. This company is nothing but a scam. I placed a large custom furniture order for my apartment. They promised delivery in 2 weeks. In reality, they delivered only 30% of the order after 2 months, and then another small part 4 months later. And yet, they took a large upfront payment and refused to refund anything for the undelivered items. The worst part? Their salesman, Kamra, spent the entire time lying to us about deadlines, giving fake updates, and making false promises. Not once did they deliver on what they committed to. They kept asking for more and more money, while delivering almost nothing. In the end, I lost a lot of money and time because of their dishonesty and lack of professionalism. These are liars, thieves, and totally untrustworthy. Do not work with them. You will regret it, like I did.
