Most difficult management company i have ever dealt with. Unhelpful to any questions i have had and flat out unwilling to answer my questions. When i sent in a document request they were unwilling to accept my written request through email, but only fax (Who even has a fax machine these days?), but that wasn't the issue anyways. I had asked what form they require me to fill out since my written request wouldn't suffice, the answer i received was "The standard form", when asked where to get this standard form i was not given any answer but to ask someone else. In my past 4 years of real estate experience (and my bosses 20 years) we have always been sent the request form specifically for each management company. I asked my entire real estate brokerage on our online facebook group and NOT ONE realtor out of 300 had heard of this "Standard Form". I ended up eventually tracking it down through the real estate board luckily and faxed in my request. Fast forward to today, when i needed to ask if there has been any updated documents since my last order in February as i need my set to be up-to-date. The answer back that i received was "Please fax in your request for the exact documents you need as we do not accept requests through email." How am i supposed to fax in a request when i need an answer to my question first! I hope i never have to work with this company ever again!

Unable to contact them. Simple tasks take months to handle. I have dealt with many property management companies as a homeowner and board member. Estate is unbearable. The have the gaul to send me letters trying to get the work for other condo corporations I am with.

If i could give 0 stars I would. This is the worst management company on the face of the planet. I could loose sale of my property because they did not bother to check my emails requesting condo documents. Also, they charge 3 times more then other companies. They are ignorant, lazy and act that they are law. They should shut down their company and look for work where customer service does not matter. Stay away from them PLEASE

My unit is leaking since July 12th 2020, its aug 11th now, still leaks everytime it rains. First they denied there was anything wrong. I told them its leaking and the site superintendent told me there was missing shingles on the roof.. they said it was fixed and nothing is wrong with the shingles. They said its weather, raining is natural occurance and cant stop leaks. A light fixture got ruined due to the leak twice now. The property manager wont reply to calls and leaves at noon most days saying everyones off now and no ones working at this time to fix the roof. Never seen anything so unprofessional.👌
