Boiler & Heating Care were incredibly responsive, I booked the job on Saturday and the engineer attended on Monday. They requested the boiler make, model, and a picture of where the boiler was situated to ensure an engineer was assigned that had familiarity with my boiler - this was an excellent touch and a true mark of professionalism. Shaqir was friendly, incredibly knowledgable, and came across as a trustworthy tradesman. He correctly diagnosed the issue before the cover was even off, talked us through his process with videos/pictures and completed the service impeccably. 10/10 would recommend!

Genuinely incredible team from quote to final job completion. Experts at what they do and have genuinely seen it all. They are very good at proactively solving challenges as they arrive (which often happens when renovating a Victorian style bathroom). The tech platform is also very useful for keeping you up to date with everything and managing finances. I will be using them again for other work, and would recommend them to others. We had a issue with low water pressure in our home, called out Shaqir from Boiler and Heating Care to take a look and soon as he saw it he was able to give us a workable solution. He gave us a cost effective solution to convert from a vented to unvented system and was able to utilise the current boiler. The complex works required was surprisingly was carried out within one working day following that we now have good water pressure.
