I have to start off by giving credit where credit is due, they don't work on Mercedes-AMG's but they still took my car in, and that got the job done quickly. This will be a long review. A lot happened, and I want to cover it all. Pictures at the bottom. I have a 2015 CLA 45 AMG; the piston shot out of the caliper during a brake pad change. I called around, but there isn't many shops outside of the dealership who will do more than an A/B service for a Mercedes. EMW took on the job. The first guy I spoke with said over the phone that they could get the car finished before a certain deadline. When I talked to the owner a day before that deadline, he said that was impossible and that his guy never promised that deadline. I get it, sometimes employees promise things that they can't guarantee. My grandma called it "your mouth writing a check that your a** can't cash." Not a big deal, just admit it and move on. When I was told that it was time to pick up my car, I was excited. However when I got to EMW I noticed a massive gouge in my front bumper. When I went inside, the guys said they thought the car came in with it. I went outside to call the tow truck company Michal told my wife he thought it was normal because of the condition of my car. Maybe it's just my generation, but you don't bad mouth a client behind their back. Then when I went inside to ask Michal he said it probably happened on their lot, but they aren't responsible. Maybe I am confused on what good service should be, but if a client trust you with their property, no matter how little you value it, it is your responsibility to safe guard it. Or at least take responsibility. lastly, when I drove off, I noticed that they had charged my a full shop hour to replace the rear pads, but only replaced the left side pads. Now my right side is metal on metal and I will have to pay for a new rotor and a new tech to install. Basic synopsis: - Lack of integrity - Owner gaslighting client - Wrongfully charging for work that wasn't completed - Lazy - Over promise, under deliver - Bad customer service -Money lost: * $800 for new front bumper * $500 for repaint * $400 for sensor recalibration * $285 for a new rear rotor * ~$700 for labor Turned into a very costly situation and the lack of service and integrity is what really sent me over the edge. Mind you, I just moved to OKC and spent half a decade in Sales for Mercedes-Benz. So maybe my idea of service is skewed due to the service I provide my own clients. I gave Michal multiple opportunities to do better, correct the service and just take accountability. I even gave him a chance to correct the thousands in damages, and he still declined to have integrity. I am a Christian, and one of the biggest teachings of the bible is to take care of your fellow man. This place did not do that. I would recommend if you have a Mercedes-Benz, just go to the dealership here. We are getting an X5 and I will have it serviced with Matt Mickley at SpeedHAUS right up the street.

We were not initially impressed the first time we dealt with them. We bought a 20 year old BMW roadster from family, and we knew some work needed to be done so we took it to them. After opening it up to fix some oil leaks, more issues were created and we initially left the shop and the car broke down on me twice. Turns out the ignition coils started going bad, one by one. Ultimately they fixed it and only charged us for parts. It wasn't necessarily their fault, but it was frustrating that it wasn't caught prior to it leaving the shop. Fast forward several months, and they've become a great resource for us. They're always willing to look at and give advice about the car, and they're not charging for the small stuff. There's still work that needs to be done on our car, and we wouldn't trust it with anyone else. No shop is perfect and there are very few that will work on a car and accept responsibility and fix someting that wasn't an initial issue.

Amazing service! The employees were incredibly friendly and helpful. I brought my car to get looked at because my serpentine belt kept shredding and wasn’t sure what the issue was, also went ahead and asked them to look at what would need to be done to fix the ac. They took their time, updated me, and did a super good job fixing my car. I’m extremely satisfied with the job done and will be bringing my car back here for future work!

Jonathan and Mical are great! A very honest and helpful shop. I will always come here for any routine oil changes (since local bmw dealership refuses to change my 07) and for any other concerns! They have helped me so much over the past 5 years! Thanks!!
