Edgewater Fitness is fantastic! The class fitness instructors are amazing. They are professionally trained, passionate and dedicated to helping members. Body pump is my favorite… Even when I forget my watch and it doesn’t count! 🤣 Highly recommend.

Gym equipment is good and there's a decent amount of fitness classes and space. Locker rooms are nice and staff is friendly. They keep it clean and usually have cleaning staff on site. Music could be better, I think it depends on who is working...which one of you likes the ska and viking sounding music?!? There are also kids working out with their parents and kids wearing sandals while working out which I find odd and like an accident waiting to happen. I wish they would have painted a color other than black but at least there aren't holes in the walls anymore! Not the best gun I've joined but also not the worst.

I used to think Edgewater Fitness cared about its members and community. Turns out they’re just as transactional and apathetic as any big corporate chain. I’ve been a loyal returning summer customer for over 4 years. Today, I showed up at 6AM to work out and was informed my membership had expired. No prior warning. No email. No courtesy reminder. (Despite the fact they had time to send a 1 Month Anniversary text the month prior). When I asked to just workout one last time, they flat-out denied me.So to Sum it up so far: no heads-up that my membership was expiring, no grace for someone who’s supported them seasonally for years, and no flexibility unless I paid on the spot. Edgewater Fitness doesn’t value loyalty. They don’t even value basic communication. If you’re looking for a gym that treats people like more than dollar signs and has a sense of community, this clearly isn’t it. Edit: I will never be returning to this gym and I will tell every single person I know about this experience. All you care about is your policy and it shows. I advise you adjust your attitude towards your own customers.

This is the best gym ever. The classes are fantastic and you will meet new friends. I go almost every day and look forward to my hour of cardio and weights. You will stay young longer. Thanks Edgewater Fit.
