Tracy was awful. I did a tour on a property and it was very nice. Once I applied Tracy offered me the property and I responded right away letting him know I would take the condo. After about a week of trying to get ahold of him he finally gets back to me and tells me the condo he offered me was already signed. I can only imagine how awful the communication would’ve been if I would’ve got the condo that was offered to me. Would not recommend.

Elijah was awesome helping us sell our house! Super communicative and had no problem driving the 30 minutes up to my property to check on things, manage the sale, put a sign up, etc. while I was out of state! Would recommend him to family and friends.
