I just wanted to leave a note about my experience with the staff I encountered yesterday. I was looking for a small plumbing part and when the staff member was in back getting information for me, no less than 3 other staff members asked if I was being waited on as soon as they saw me. All were so pleasant it left a lasting impression. Even though the part was not in stock the original staff member (sorry I don't recall your name!) went the extra step to look up the part on Amazon to help me out. Much appreciated.

When I went in to grab some parts for my sink drain, I was greeted by very welcoming and friendly staff. All it took was me showing them one photo, and they knew exactly what I needed and got everything for me. Thanks to their help, I was able to get the job done quickly and easily, and they even took the time to answer all my questions. But be careful they might start charging $20 per question now ! Haha.
