Ask for Francesco to help get you set up :) I cannot say enough great things about Francesco, who went continually above & beyond in addressing all of our many needs. We had worries about costs & a time crunch to boot which were both handled absolutely perfectly. He & many other members of the EcoTech team came together to make an earlier installation date happen for us during their busy pre-Christmas shutdown & flu season too. We truly felt like we were part of the team or more so like part of the family with them all (I know it sounds unlikely but we honestly & truly did feel this way with EcoTech). Dina helped us with expediting the installation date (along with the measuring tech whose name I have most unfortunately forgotten) & she also stepped up to answer many questions/concerns we had about our anxious kitties & protecting our new floors too. A day or so before installation, I spoke with Angelina who happily got us information to help quell our last minute building anxieties. We are totally high anxiety people, so something to think about for those of you out there who are this way too, with EcoTech you really are in good & kind hands for this as well . It was absolutely wonderful from the beginning of our experience to the amazing installation of our beautiful windows & doors by hardworking, quick & knowledgeable Andriy & his awesome team at the end. We truly couldn’t be happier with all the amazing work they did!! AND the quote we received in the beginning was EXACTLY what we payed for in the end. That is a true rarity with many companies these days. EcoTech & their amazing, friendly, hardworking & caring staff are a completely trust worthy bunch of folk that was an absolute pleasure to do business with & will absolutely do again!!
