Can’t give 0 stars so will kindly give 1. Agree with some of the bad reviews on here. AVOID. Previously recommended and they replaced boiler a few years ago for my elderly parents. Called again as water pressure required repeated filling up. They came and replaced same parts ( parts were overpriced when compared with comparative plumbing websites). £170 parts and £125 labour. When I asked about the cost of parts they said they need to make a profit. Okay, I accepted that and my parents paid due to convenience. However, same issue with the boiler occurred within 10 minutes of them leaving. They came back and said there was a leak elsewhere and put 2 bottles of sealant in the pipes and never mentioned price. They called back a few days later asking for payment of the bottles. When I asked did the parts need replacing in the first place, response was ‘I am more than happy to come and take my parts out with labour costs’ along with a defensive tone. It was a genuine question. My parents had the same parts replaced by them a few years ago and I wanted to know the actual issue. Found them rude, dishonest, mark-up on prices - the bottles are double the price compared to regular gas supply websites. Never an issue on money and more than happy to pay. Indeed a business should make a profit, hence choosing to support a local business. However, when spoken to in a disrespectful manner, I would rather take custom elsewhere. Integrity over money every time. Would not recommend. Toodles and cheerio !

Excellent service and great prices. I have always found the staff to be polite, knowledgeable and helpful. Seems they have a great understanding of their products and are able to advise about the best way to resolve any issues. Have used to supply and fit boilers at a couple of my properties- they have been super efficient with their fitting service and were great value for money. Would highly recommend them to anyone seeking professional advice on heating and plumbing products/services.

Called these guys on freezing cold day when my boiler broke down, they came out straight away when I mentioned that I had an elderly person living with me. The guys clearly knew what they were doing and after the initial check. I had a faulty pressure sensor which they replaced straight away. The repair was done efficiently and they stayed until they were sure the hot water and radiators were warm again. I would have no hesitation in using them again.

It okay to buy stuff from there but it is very expensive when it comes to some products in side the store compared to other outlets. If it is convenient for you and you stuck for something then i will advise you to go there. If you need more stuff and you got time then ask them to quote you so you can compare prices with other suppliers and the guy seems to believe that if you do commercial work then you can pay more for materials as you getting more from the customer rather than domestic work???? Also depends on who serves you if you gona get bettet price or not...
