These guys are rude as hell. Drove in my yard while working across the street leaving a rut as it had previously rained. Guys says ‘I’m sorry, it will go away in a couple days’. Told him sorry doesn’t cut it since it needs fixed and he shrugged his shoulders, walked away and said ‘ I told you I’m sorry’. Owner from ECI came and apologized for the employees' actions and said he took steps to address that type of attitude. I appreciated the effort and will not hold one person's poor attitude against others trying to make a living
