Today I got my haircut with Olivia and I couldn't be happier! The whole experience was so lovely and relaxing. We did our consult about what I was looking for, she asked questions and I really appreciate that communication and commitment to getting me what I want! She started with a scalp massage, and then we washed and she took great care of my whole scalp and not just the hair! I'm really impressed with the customer service, these little things make a big difference to the overall experience!! Olivia had lots of knowledge to share with me about my hair type and how to care for it. My hair looks amazing and I walked out of the salon feeling so refreshed.
