I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Easy Riders! My sister used Easy Riders as the bus transportation for her wedding in 2019 and had an excellent experience, so we opted to use them for our wedding this past weekend. They did a phenomenal job! They picked up our guests at 2 separate hotels where we had blocks and did two separate departures from our venue back to our hotels. The drivers were kind and professional, and the point of contact for the company, Thomas, was phenomenal to work with throughout the planning process. He responded to all of our emails and the emails from our coordinator quickly and efficiently and even adjusted our quote 2 months out from the event due to some guest list changes. We highly recommend using Easy Riders for your future wedding or event transportation!

From the beginning Easy Rider Bus Company was extremely easy to work with at one of the most affordable prices in the area. A couple weeks before the wedding they checked in and created a detailed driver itinerary that we were then able to post on our wedding website for all our guests. They expertly stuck to the timeline and ensured all of our guests made it to/from the wedding. The driver, Jerry, even came down to our bonfire before the last departure of the bus to ensure all guests who were supposed to be on the bus made it on. Incredible service & highly recommend!

We hired Easy Riders to transport our bridal party to our venue, as well as shuttle guests back and forth from the venue and two hotels. Out of all the transportation vendors in the area, Easy Riders is by far the best bang for your buck. The buses are clean and the drivers are friendly and punctual. Tom, the coordinator, was very responsive to all of my emails and did his best to accommodate all of my requests and changes to the itinerary. It was such a relief to know that my guests had a safe means of transportation back to their hotels so they would be able to fully enjoy the wedding (and open bar lol). My only concern was the lack of AC on the bus in the July heat, but with the windows down it was never even an issue, so don't let this deter you. I would definitely recommend Easy Riders to any couple looking to secure transportation for their guests - they're affordable and totally worth it!

Transportation companies seem to be abundant in the Charlottesville area, but I stand behind Easy Riders Bus Company for your wedding transportation needs. Working with Thomas was seamless. He was quick to respond to my inquiry and was thorough when discussing the terms and options for our transportation needs. We had a large group and used 3 of their 52 passenger buses. The buses were in pristine shape; comfortable, clean and well cared for. Equipped with a blue tooth speaker system our guests were able to have a little fun along the ride to and from the venue. Thomas provided us with detailed instructions for each pickup location, which we were able to include in our welcome bags, so that our guests knew where and when to be picked up. Need I say, he never flinched when I mentioned that we had 7 stop locations on our route to take our guests to and from Pippin Hill. The pricing for Easy Rider Bus Company is extremely affordable and offers nothing short of providing excellent transportation. The drivers were friendly, kind, professional and timely. The contract process was easy and the communication stellar. Easy Riders is a great choice for your transportation needs.
