As a local regular who lives and works in the area, receiving an email about the hotel opening in my neighborhood got me excited. Having previously enjoyed the Cannes Hotel Barrière location, I couldn't be happier about this wonderful addition to my community. I absolutely love treating myself to massages around the world, and this cozy yet globally inspired spa has become my favorite spot for a tranquil morning routine. The hotel's sweet scent upon entry is a mood lifter, and the elevator descent to the spa includes a warm French welcome and a refreshing glass of berry water. The locker area provides a chance to freshen up before enjoying the steam room, sauna, and a relaxing hot pool with soothing jets. Among the diverse massage therapists, Renata shines with her meticulous pressure and thoughtful details like rose petals and aromatic oils. She consistently surprises me with therapeutic movements that expertly ease tension. My experience has left me thrilled! Having a background in the service industry, I deeply appreciate the therapists' wholehearted dedication, using their entire bodies to provide a memorable 90-minute massage. I genuinely hope people recognize and generously compensate these therapists for the substantial effort they put into creating such a rewarding experience. The therapists' ongoing enthusiasm and cheerfulness truly enhance the entire massage session.

I thought this was a very expensive spa for a very average service. I got a facial which was not that amazing. The only have tea and a small extra hot tub/ sauna for after your service. I’ve definitely been to better spas for cheaper. But the worst was the service at the front. She was very snobby and rude. They had issues with my credit card and kept blaming me for it, even though it turned out to be an issue on their end. I don’t like that they included gratuity as well.

Save your money- this is a pretentious hotel with sub average spa services, minimal amenities, and bad customer service. My massage was OK, but for the price tag, the venue lacked a lot to be desired- the soaking tub was cold, one of two showers were broken, the space is tiny. The hotel and spa tout "Parisian elegance" but elements feel worn. I lost some expensive personal property on site, which I tried to retrieve through multiple outreaches to staff, and there was no attention to finding my property or following up with me accordingly. I much prefer the Shibui Spa and stay at the Greenwich Hotel a few blocks away.

I had a really nice time at the Spa, I would recommend this to anyone seeking a quick, quiet, cute relaxing retreat. The massage was incredible, definitely returning soon.
