We ordered window last November . When we called, the Saleman Doug came over the next day to measure the windows. Doug had a quote the following day. We got them ordered and wanted windows installed in the spring. In March the windows were in and installed. Cathy and Cory Eastern Windows installers came over to removed and install the windows. The did and Excellent job at the prep work,removal of old windows, installation, and finishing work inside after. Glen the owner came to help put in new windows and called after everything was done to make sure everything was good. I cannot say enough good things about Eastern Windows and Siding and recommend them to anyone looking for windows or siding.

We needed a new patio door. We were looking for quotes and Eastern Siding were the only ones who replied. They sized the door for us and told us in mid June that it couldn't be installed until September since it had to be manufactured. It was also construction season. This was fine for us. Sure enough, in mid September they were ready for installation. It was very nice to see a husband and wife team arrive to do the work. They were thoroughly professional and did a great job of installation. We were very impressed with how clean they kept our house and grounds while doing the work. The sliding screen door was damaged during shipping so they had already ordered a new one for us and installed it the next week when it arrived. This company was a pleasure to deal with and we would definitely go to them again for other work.

We just had 3 wood-frame windows replaced by Eastern Siding & Windows. Those guys are professional, tidy and efficient. Our windows look great and we'll be using them again next year when we replace other windows. The one thing I would suggest, not just for Eastern but all window installers. If they could wear disposable gloves when handling the glass that would avoid leaving fingerprints were you can't get at them.

Such an amazing experience with Eastern Siding & Windows. Most recently we had a couple of windows replaced. The workers were so kind and efficient. After the work was completed, we received a follow up call to make sure we were happy with the work. Such a thoughtful touch. 100% would recommend!
