I came to the spa after my chiropractor recommended a massage for a very tight shoulder muscle issue. I scheduled the 30 minute back pain massage and the staff person who did my massage was great. Very professional and listened to what I needed/pain level and made adjustments throughout to make sure it was a good experience. At the end she recommended I try dry needling with a PT because she felt the issue really couldn’t be resolved with massage alone. I did and it helped so much! This suggestion shows how much they care about people. It’s not just about the business. It’s truly about wellness. Highly recommend!

One of the best massage experiences I've had. Mindia was welcoming, compassionate, and kind. I appreciated the check-ins on pressure throughout, but not in an overwhelming way. I instantly felt safe and supported from the moment I met Mindia in the lobby and throughout the entire appointment. I was given a gift certificate from one of my best friends for my graduate school graduation earlier this year. I chose any therapist available from the drop-down options because I typically see another massage therapist at another place, but it was such a delightful experience that I hope to be back soon!! Easily the worst massage of my entire life. Wouldnt do it again if they paid me. UPDATE: I would like to mention that when the spa manager learned of our experience she was very quick to respond, refund our money, and offer suggestions on having a better experience. That is top notch service and the way a business should be run. Much respect!
