Todd HurdIf it was possible to give a Zero I would. I booked appointment on their site, charged and held $48.00 for haircut. Drove from Jersey Village to this place, a 1 hour drive of my time and gas. Walked in a whoever was behind counter, said we close in half an hour and walked away, that’s it. Nothing else said to me. This is absolutely the worst customer experience I’ve had. So now I have to drive an hour and gas again, with no haircut and apparently out $48 as well!!! Just unreal.
