Alan was wonderful to work with, he really knows his craft and clearly takes a lot of joy and pride in his work. We love our doors, really love them. They are quiet and work so smoothly. He was prompt, had fair pricing, and I would highly recommend him. He also installed my sister's doors and she recommended him to me.

I chose this company because of all the 5 star reviews and East Coast Doors definitely lived up to the hype. I wanted to just get a regular service/maintenance on my garage door since it was acting a little squeaky lately and from my first phone call to schedule (with Alan's wife) to the next day service with Alan and Dan, everyone was so very nice and professional. Alan and Dan bent over backwards to provide me with excellent service and recommendations for the little things I could do to service my own garage door like using a special kind of lubricant and caulking my garage door. They were both so very knowledgeable about garage doors and extremely friendly. I truly appreciate excellent service like I received. It seems so rare to get this kind of service these days. I will definitely be using them yearly for maintenance on my door to keep it in tip-top-shape. I also feel like their service charge was fair. Thanks East Coast Doors!!

I wish I could give 10 stars. Alan is fantastic. One of my 20 year old garage door springs finally broke in dramatic fashion. I called and made an appointment during a snow storm and he was at my house less than 48 hours later. He showed up on time, was communicative and came ready to work in Winter temps that were in the mid-teens. We decided to do all 4 springs (2 garage doors) and the price was more than reasonable. We chatted the whole time he was working. He has amazing recall and is a great story teller of times on the job throughout his 35+ years in this profession. Don’t shop around, call this family owned small business and thank me later. Fully endorse East Coast Doors. Fully.
