Absolutely rude staff. Young woman and man. Went in to ask to have something shipped. I asked how much it would cost and the gentleman stated it goes by weight. While he went to weigh it I was speaking to the woman up front. I take a glimpse and I see the man make a gesture with his hands behind my back to the woman. One product from NJ to Illinois was $35. I initially agreed when I realized something wasn't right. They put my product in a box with no bubble wrap or protection. When I asked if that was the best they can do the woman said $30. The man still charged me $35. When I asked for a breakdown of how they charge and provide me with a copy, they stated "we don't do that" it's in the system. I asked if I can have a break down on the receipt and it stated "custom amount" . The woman gave me $5 in cash to make up for the difference. They became upset when I asked for a breakdown of their prices and I asked for a refund. I asked for the managers number in which they provided. I left to a different place not too far and it came out to $20 total to the same spot with bubble wrap and a break down of the prices. This place is terrible and staff is absolutely unprofessional and rude. They had other customers packages that needed to be boxed on the table laying there when you first walk in. The man working asked if the phone was mine and the woman stated it was hers. Wouldn't recommend this place at all
